Pinus Uncinata, mountain pine, USDA H3-very hardy
A tree to 20-25m in the wild, but can be kept much smaller. We have a 30 yr old item of the same at @ 9 foot tall, and relatively narrow,with superb ground level surface branching too. Naturally found in the damp mountains of W. Europe, and sometimes on peat bogs. Limestone tolerant.
