Pinus aristata glauca prostrata. USDA H-5 hardy and drought resistant. Very rarely found in horticulture. This is a bluey(according to season and planting) prostrate variant of the specie giving good spread, though can be trained upwards a bit too.
very slow growing and long lived(up to 3000yrs plus),prefers drier sites, though this item is grafted on something a bit more suitable for the UK climate, and because it’s grafted it will grow @4-5” pa. All grafts(that we know of) grow faster than their seed grown versions). Seed grown versions of aristata grow @1” pa.
