Delivery options

A variety of delivery options are available, as shown.

Please make your order and we will advise by phone or email which upgrade option(s), if any, you should purchase when we see the maximum height, weight and volume. You can then return to the site to purchase the delivery upgrade option we have specified, if necessary. In the case of crate/pallet/dedicated deliveries (price currently blank), we can update the price box specifically for you when details are known.

A nominal charge for packing is included in the box delivery option prices....it rarely covers the full cost to us over and above the delivery cost

We pack with care, the plants' and your interest is at heart.

We often make the boxes to size from recycled sheets/previous box material. We normally( and when obvious;y required) secure the plant in the pot by taping it in a bag. We also normally insert a cane into the pot, the length of the package, and secure the plant to it. This prevents the item rattling around end on end, and protects the item from leader/main stem damage.

We do not deliver outside the UK
