Cryptomeria japonica pygmae. USDA H6-hardy. This item iro 15-20yrs old. Additional photo with pink tag is the exact item offer
A very slow growing dwarf listed as reaching 1x1.5m in 10 yrs- though we think a bit slower, even if fast grown. Produces flaking bark and Bronzes off in Winter like many Japanese red cedars. We find this variant performs better in semi-shade or limited full sunshine hours. They are better surrounded by earth/bark/grass- ie not stone paving. The variant appears to have been listed since 1850.
