A small compact, slow growing shrub with partly upright and partly spreading branches. The cv is dense with short twigs that have drooping tips. Light green in Summer and Winter, while many other cryptomeria bronze off in Winter. Noted for good hardiness. 1.5x0.8m in 10 yrs. The cv originates from Japan c1932
