Cryptomeria japonica globosa nana USDA H6-hardy. Larger versions may be available too.
A dense hemispherical mound of a shrub, often more flattened/irregular when younger. Sometimes can bronze off in Winter, 80-100cm in 10 years, reaching @4-5’ at maturity. An old cv which has been cultivated since before 1923.
